Refund policy

Product Returns -- We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to accept returns within 30 days under the following guidelines. Return Policy -- Returned products must be in unused, new condition in original packaging, with all original box contents including a copy of the original purchase receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for paying shipping cost to return an item. All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns sent COD will not be accepted. Refused or returned shipments in which IslamicHandicrafts.com incurs additional shipping fees will be assessed on the return credit. The exception being a package refused due to damage incurred in transit.

Damaged Merchandise -- If you receive a package that has been visibly damaged during delivery, if possible, refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted the package or it was left at the delivery site and once opened you discover the contents have been damaged, contact CustomerIslamicHandicrafts@gmail.com immediately. Please retain all included paperwork and packaging material. The shipping carrier may require the package be inspected prior to processing a claim.

Lost Shipment/Missing Item(s) -- If you believe your package has been lost in transit or is missing an item, please contact CustomerIslamicHandicrafts@gmail.com immediately. Appropriate measures will be taken in an attempt to locate the package. If we are unable to locate the package, the situation will be addressed on a case-by-case basis to ensure delivery. If IslamicHandicrafts.com has provided tracking information and can provide a reasonable paper trail concerning your shipment and its delivery, we will assess the situation and make a determination on re-shipment. IslamicHandicrafts.com is not responsible for stolen packages.

Defective Merchandise -- If you feel you have received product that may be defective please contact CustomerIslamicHandicrafts@gmail.com customer service for further instruction. Defective merchandise does not include normal wear and tear, crash damage, modifications, or any damages arising as a result of improper use.
